How every auction is protected.
- Verified suppliers only
- A supplier lists only after we verify the business and it signs our agreement. Its reserves need a second manager's approval and are locked once a lot is published.
- Only members bid
- We and our staff can't bid on any lot: the system refuses those bids, including from staff members' personal accounts.
- One person, one account
- We verify national IDs to keep one account per person, and to hand what you win to you.
- Every result sealed
- Each lot's bids and result are chained with a cryptographic hash and published. If anything changed, the seal would no longer match.
- Every payment matched
- Pay by CliQ or bank transfer. Our team matches each payment to its bank reference before your order moves, and one transfer can only pay once.
- Tracked delivery
- Delivery by Aramex with a tracking number, charged at cost, or pick it up yourself.
- Reserve prices
- A seller can set a reserve, the least they'll sell for. Bidding may open at zero; if it stays below the reserve, the lot isn't sold.

When are the auctions?
On dates we announce ahead. Each one is listed under Upcoming, with its lots and their retail prices, before it starts.
What does it cost?
Membership is a monthly fee, and your first month is free. Bidding costs nothing. If you win, you pay the final price, plus delivery at cost if you choose it.
What happens when I win?
You have 48 hours to pay by CliQ or bank transfer. Once your payment is matched, we hand the lot to Aramex with a tracking number, or you pick it up.
How can I check a result?
Every sale is on the Results page with its final price, its retail price and its seal. Copy the seal to compare it later.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
